Can I view a house plan before purchasing it?

You may view plans in one of these ways: buy a Cost to Build for a specific design and receive a PDF file with the cost to build and a floor plan of the House Plan, or join our Premium Membership and have access to all plans on the website as well as all their respective cost to build reports.

Does the house plan come with BoQs?

No, BoQs are not part of the standard drawings we provide, however, we can have a detailed BoQ or Schedule of Material prepared for you on request as a separate package.

What is included once I purchase a house plan?

Once you purchase any of our house plans, you will receive all the standard Architectural Drawings; check our free house plan for the standard drawings list. Any additional drawings e.g. Interior/landscape design drawings and details can be provided on request; costs will depend on the requested drawings.

Can I modify the house plan?

Any of our house plans can be customized to meet your specific requirements. The cost of such adjustments will be determined by the intricacy of the changes and whether we need to employ numerous persons to work on them fully.
